UDM HRMDD

In line with the City Government of Manila’s commitment to ensure the health, safety, and preparedness of its employees, UDM received 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐕𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐬, today, October 15, 2025, through the initiative of Hon. Francisco “Isko Moreno” M. Domagoso, City Mayor of Manila.
These health kits are part of the city’s continuing effort to promote wellness and readiness during emergencies and disasters. Each kit contains essential medical and first-aid items that were distributed to UDM offices and personnel to support their health and safety needs in the workplace.
UDM would like to thank Hon. Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" M. Domagoso for his continued support and concern for the welfare of the UDM Community.

The Human Resource Management and Development Division (HRMDD) successfully conducted its Upskilling Program on Communication and Customer Service Excellence last September 18, 2025 at the UDM Accreditation Room. The activity was participated in by HR personnel as part of the office’s continuing commitment to strengthen professional competencies and enhance service delivery to the UDM community.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Arlene Pureza, Head of the UDM Guidance Counselling Office, who shared valuable insights and practical strategies on effective communication, active listening, and fostering a service-oriented mindset. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of how communication skills directly impact client satisfaction and workplace efficiency.
This program reflects HRMDD’s dedication to nurturing a culture of excellence and responsiveness in public service. By equipping its personnel with the right skills, the division ensures that the university’s stakeholders experience professional, empathetic, and efficient human resource services.

| Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 97 na inilabas ng Office of the President, suspendido ang pasok sa lahat ng antas ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan, gayundin sa lahat ng tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Metro Manila, kabilang ang Manila City Hall, ngayong Lunes, Setyembre 22, 2025, dahil sa banta ng Super Typhoon at nagpapatuloy na Habagat.

Samantala, magpapatuloy ang operasyon ng mga ahensyang nagbibigay ng serbisyong medikal, disaster at emergency response, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo ng gobyerno.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na mag-ingat at umiwas sa mga mapanganib na lugar, at tumutok sa mga opisyal na abiso mula sa pamahalaan.
