On the International Day of Zero Waste, UN Tourism and the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), will convene the 🌍 One Planet Global Roundtable: Mobilizing Tourism to Halve Food Waste through Recipe of Change 🌍

This roundtable will bring together public and private stakeholders across tourism and food systems — and will mark the launch of Recipe of Change, a joint initiative under the One Planet Sustainable Tourism Programme.

Recipe of Change is designed to help tourism actors turn ambition into practical action: measuring food waste, implementing solutions, reporting progress, and sharing learning across the sector.

What we’ll tackle:
🔹Launching Recipe of Change as a joint UNEP–UN Tourism initiative
🔹Accelerating action to reduce food waste across tourism operations and value chains
🔹Connecting governments, businesses and partners around practical solutions
🔹Turning global commitments into measurable action in support of SDG 12.3
