Yes, guys, believe it or not, this farm is in Novaliches, Quezon City! ❤️ Ang sarap at nakakarelax talaga kapag mayroong ganito sa siyudad. Pwedeng pwede naman pala talaga ang #urbanfarming 👍🏼 We personally visited one of the most successful urban farms we’ve got here in QC. And it’s proudly located in Brgy Nova Proper, in our district! Many people, organizations and other gov’t groups come here to learn. It’s our district’s showcase. The food source of the feeding program is from the farm itself. People now have access to fresh and affordable food. Our citizens also gain technical knowledge in agriculture and management. The district is much more beautiful because of urban farms like this! Through the efforts of QC LGU, QC Mayor Joy Belmonte, Mommy Kap Cion Visaya, Brgy. Nova Proper, Department of Agriculture - Philippines, local urban farmers, technical experts, and many more partners and stakeholders, we are able to effectively promote sustainability and strengthen the sense of community and bayanihan through planting in our own backyards. If we truly love our country, it means we love mother nature. For we will have no country to love if we do not take care of our land and resources. Plant today!
