Welcome to our amazing pageant, where we will soon be revealing the winner of the Miss Social Media Award. The official Candidates for 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐑𝐀 𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐀Ñ𝐎𝐋𝐀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 are listed below. You may participate in the selection of the Miss Social Media Award by following mechanics listed below:

2. Find, click and react to the photo of your favorite candidate, only heart (❤) reactions are allowed.

3. Sharing the official post/photo and mentioning your friends are allowed.

4. Set the privacy of your shared post into PUBLIC so others can react and share it to their account.

5. Only heart (❤️) reaction will be counted. The candidate who will gain the highest number of hearts will be the winner.

6. Online voting will officially be closed on January 15, 2026 at exactly 12:00 noon.

The winner will be announced during the coronation day on January 15, 2026 held at Pulot National High School Gymnasium, Sofronio Espanña, Palawan.

PSU PRIDE successfully held the first-ever leg of the Campaign last October 23, 2025, during the College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CNHS) Week at the CNHS AVR.

Through interactive discussions and learning sessions, participants deepened their understanding of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), and the Safe Spaces Act and Consent within the campus context.

𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 is the flagship program of PSU PRIDE under the Sexual and Reproductive Health Agenda that aims to foster inclusive, stigma-free, and youth-centered conversations on reproductive and sexual health across Palawan State University.

PSU PRIDE stands in solidarity with CTU Main Balangaw, alongside other LGBTQIA+ student organizations across the country opposing the reimplementation of the Haircut Policy in the revised student handbook of Cebu Technological University (CTU).

PSU PRIDE stands for inclusivity and safe space for ALL students, including those at Cebu Technological University (CTU).

We believe that every student deserves the freedom to express their identity and individuality without restrictions. It is time to abolish outdated policies that stifle self-expression. Let us create a space where everyone can thrive regardless of their appearance or identity.✨

𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 | ᜊᜎᜅᜏ᜔

On October 14, 2025, the Cebu Technological University - Main Campus’s (CTU-Main) Student Affairs and Services (SAS) hosted an online meeting with all of the accredited student organizations of the campus to discuss the guidelines and protocols concerning organizational activities as well as the presentation of the latest Student Handbook. During the meeting, student leaders raised concerns about the Haircut Policy upon hearing of its reintegration into the manual but were merely deflected saying that the handbook is the will of the administration and, therefore, must be respected and followed.

Efforts to abolish these oppressive policies began as early as 2023 and only managed to get a foothold by this year’s April following the implementation of the CTU-Main Student Supreme Government’s (SSG) “Cebu Technological University Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Act” within the institution, which includes protection from discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression (SOGIE). Yet even now, as the student manual is being revised, the administration claims ignorance of these concerns and that the policies, in the first place, were never properly implemented in the manual.
