Pontevedra Fire Station personnel headed by SFO4 Sheryl F Zapanta, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted Community Fire Auxiliary Group (CFAG) training in Brgy. Antipolo, Pontevedra Negros Occidental, participated by the barangay officials and barangay tanod dated 30 March 2026.

๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฝ (๐๐๐๐) training, equips locals with knowledge of fundamental firefighting techniques such as proper hose rolling, hose coupling and instilling the importance of bucket relay for quicker emergency response in times of fire incidents. The said training helps efficiently saves lives, minimizes property damage, and fosters a proactive safety culture by bridging the gap between fire events and the arrival of our fire fighters.

Antipolo Firesubstation personnel headed by SFO4 Sheryl F Zapanta, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted Water Level Monitoring and maintained Firetruck Visibility within AOR, as well as continuous monitoring of PAGASA weather advisories in response to the effects of the Tropical Cyclone "BASYANG" dated 06 February 2026.
