OPPO offers a wide variety of smartphones. With the proper assessment, we can recommend the most suitable phone for our client based on their usage and budget. A customer was looking for a new phone for both her sister and her mom. I took time to know what specs her sister and her mom need in a phone and assisted her accordingly. When she was about to pay, the money she had on hand was Php1,000 short. She asked if she can pay through bank transfer or GCash but we currently don’t offer such services. As a concerned promoter, I understand the inconvenience of traveling back and forth the mall at this time. I offered a helping hand and allowed her to transfer Php1000 to my GCash and I replaced it with a Php1000 bill. The customer was very satisfied with both the units she bought and the service I offered that she saved my contact number to pass on when she recommends OPPO to her friends.
