For example, po is a Store owned by a PWD but he is a male, does that mean po he is not eligible? No, he is still eligible po since he owned a store and he is a physically challenged individual."

1. Business permit.
2. Voters id/ voters certificate
3. Simple business plan
4.Duly accomplished form ( maala idIAY Tourism office ty form)
5. Letter of intent addressed it to the governor.

Business owners who can avail MUST ENGAGED IN:
1. Manufacturing
2. Retailers
3. Handicrafts
4. Services

APPLICANTS' ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Severely impacted by economic challenges, natural disasters, or unforeseen events leading to financial distress.

2. Business owned by:
*Women, *poverty-stricken struggling to meet basic needs
*Elderly
*Physically-challenged individuals
3. Operating within ilocos norte and the owner is a bonafide resident of I.N.
4. MUST undergo training and capacity-building activities to enhance skils and productivity.

Notes:
1. Dagitay nakaawaten t PREVIOUS nga financial assistance ti PGIN ken NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES SHALL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED TO GIVE CHANCE TO NEW APPLICANTS.

2. Applicants must undergo assessment interview.
