We are seeking a dedicated SALES & ADMIN OFFICER. The ideal candidate will provide support to office operation. If you are detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
1. Office Management
a) Maintain office supplies and product inventory.
b) Assist in organizing meetings and appointment.
c) Handle incoming call and emails.
2. Data Entry and Documentation
a) Input data accurately into spreadsheets.
b) Assist in the creation and editing of documents and reports.
3. Administrative Support
a) Support managers with administrative tasks.
b) Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
c) Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
d) Prepare and ensure accurate and timely filing of various tax returns.
e) Monitor the expiration dates of permits (FDA, Business Permits, Tax Clearance, Philgeps), and ensure timely renewal processes to avoid penalties.
f) Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various social media.
g) Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material.
h) Helps to create marketing activities that drives customer to product to determine incremental sales to achieve target.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related course.
2. 1-2 years work experience as a Sales Admin or a similar role in the Sales Department.
3. Exceptional administration and multi-tasking skills.
4. Ability to work independently.
