Since I stopped being very active in sports (because of work and all), I started to have recurring headache, muscle pains, leg cramps, and of course, weight gain. A friend asked me to join a networking program that sold health products and food supplementary. I tried some of the products and yeah... some of those symptoms were gone or reduced. This was when I realized my health issues were mostly about malnutrition. Still, I cannot make myself eat broccoli or eggplants or hmmm... ginger, etc. Also, where I live, it is not easy to find grapes, almonds, avocado, etc. But yeah... I found a way to fix this learning what is good for my health and if I cannot take them because of availability issue or merely because I do not like to eat foods that contain them, I'll just take in the supplementary to make sure I am taken care of. And yeah they are not that pricy nowadays. Aside form those necessary for my health, I also look up preventive foods. It is important to take care of ourselves living in this heavily polluted earth nowadays... Also, at my age.... I need to feel good and look great always. This is why I started my food supplement venture...

And the brand I started with did not always have (or offer) what I feel best, this was why I look further.
