"ITO AY MALAKING TULONG SA MGA RIDER"

As part of its efforts to ease the financial burdens of riders who are dependent on their motorcycles for their livelihood, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) has removed the P100 fee imposed on motorcycle riders who register their custom-made top box and saddle bags – but will still require the registration of the said accessories.

This was after LTO chief and Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao signed a memorandum that removed the registration fee for the customized motorcycle accessories.

“Ito ay malaking tulong sa mga rider na umaasa sa kanilang motorsiklo sa kanilang paghahanapbuhay para maalis na ang dagdag na gastusin,” Lacanilao said in a statement on Monday.
