Before trends evolve, good design always finds its way back. As we gear up for the anniversary of 𝘼𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧, we’re revisiting one of our past projects because 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦.

This project transforms an existing structure through a modern minimalist approach, where clean lines, balanced proportions, and layered materials define the overall character. The facade plays with horizontal and vertical elements to create rhythm, while the use of neutral tones like whites, greys, and warm wood keeps everything timeless and easy on the eyes.

Inside, the spaces are redesigned with function and flow in mind, maximizing daylight, ventilation, and everyday usability. Every corner was carefully planned to balance aesthetics and comfort, because good design should look good and feel right too.

Design of our On-going Studio Unit Interior Renovation in Mandaluyong

Two individuals with two different styles in one condominium unit, our clients collaborated with us during planning and up until ex*****on of the design. They requested for light colors- a hint of gold, green, and pink, where every corner is Instagram-worthy.

Multiple storage spaces were also requested to maximize the limited condo space and to minimize clutter. Included in the design is a multi-functional TV console with ample space for workstation and dining area. We also customized a Japanese bed according to our clients' preferred specifications. Also created in their studio unit was a visual separation for the kitchen and the living and bedroom space. A simple, stylish, and yet functional kitchen was carefully plotted as well. The whole condo unit was upgraded and equipped with smart controls and switches for lights, curtains, temperature and door locks.
