A week into the program, the newest cohortβ€”the 38th batch of the Middle Managers Classβ€”presented their Team Development Plan under the Peak Performance in the Public Sector (PPPS) Module on Saturday, 20 June 2026. During the same event, they also unveiled their batch name: π˜—π˜ˆπ˜”π˜ˆπ˜•π˜ˆ.

More than a name, π˜—π˜ˆπ˜”π˜ˆπ˜•π˜ˆ represents the legacy that Batch 38 aspires to create and pass on through the values of Husay (Excellence), Dangal (Honor and Integrity), Yapak (Meaningful Impact), and Lingap (Compassionate Service). As a community of high-performing and high-potential public sector leaders, they envision leaving a lasting imprint on their organizations, stakeholders, and future generations of public servants.

Guided by these shared values, Batch π˜—π˜ˆπ˜”π˜ˆπ˜•π˜ˆ commits to building a legacy of purposeful leadership in the service of the Filipino people.
