The LGA recently gathered 19 DILG Undersecretary, Assistant Secretary, Regional Directors, Assistant Regional Directors, Provincial Directors and City Directors for the Midpoint Conversation of the Course on Mentoring for Optimal Leadership and Development for DILG Leaders (MOLD4DILG) last June 23-25, 2026, at the City Garden Hotel Makati.
The Midpoint Conversation serves as a structured, reflective milestone to evaluate the progress of the participantsโ mentoring partnerships and the implementation of their LeAp (Learning+Application) stretch projects.
This critical activity ensures that our mentors and mentees remain: (1) aligned in their shared goals, (2) accountable for their project milestones, and (3) energized to deliver higher levels of purposeful performance.
The MOLD4DILG mentor-mentee pairs will spend the next three months fine-tuning their projects and applying their insights on the ground. They will meet again this September for the highly anticipated Final Conversation and Graduation.
