SCBC is a product of the need for a comprehensive approach to local and international cargo movements for industrial and commercial. The company (bearing its new name since 1999) was originally founded in 1979 by a group of professionals, who in their respective right and merits, have been honed and seasoned by the complexities of the industry over a considerable number of years. As operations improved and the number of regular clientele increased, manpower complement rose to its current adequate level. This number includes a number of managerial personnels who closely oversee their respective work concentration, collectively functioning under the supervision of the President.
