Excellent MS Office skills.
Knowledge of Taleo or relevant HR software package.
Has knowledge of HR TA concepts and application.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed 2 years in college**
- At least 6 months of solid BPO experience in a voice account
- Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat)
- With a quiet space to work at home and a stable internet connection of 6 MBPS upload and 10 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work rotating shifts
- Can work from home and in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

**High school graduates with at least 2 years of BPO work experience and college undergrads who completed less than 2 years with at least 1 year of BPO work experience are also welcome to apply!
