In 2025, Uratex Group of Companies reported a total of 12,381 tons of carbon-equivalent emissions. This figure represents a 11% decrease compared to the emissions recorded in 2024.

Building on this momentum, the group is intensifying its decarbonization strategies, setting a mid-term target of a 72% reduction in emissions by 2030. These efforts are part of a broader, long-term commitment of reaching complete carbon neutrality by 2050.

RGC Fabrics, a business unit of Uratex Group of Companies, leads sustainable textile innovation with its Rehibla fabric line. These fabrics use high-quality yarns derived from recycled PET bottles.

The process transforms discarded plastic bottles—through sanitation, melting, and spinning—into durable yarns. This provides a second life to plastic waste that would otherwise accumulate in landfills.
