May 8, 2026—a historic night unfolded inside Hoops Haven Center as the Union Sports League Women’s Basketball Collegiate Edition 2026 crowned a new queen under the banner “The Next Generation Champions Begins Here.”

The Adamson University Lady Falcons delivered a championship performance to capture their first-ever title, defeating the defending champions De La Salle University Lady Archers, 80–66.

From the opening quarter, the Lady Falcons played with confidence, energy, and determination. The Lady Archers fought hard to protect their crown, but Adamson’s relentless offense and disciplined defense proved too much to overcome.

Leading the championship charge was No. 12 Elaine Etang, who shined brightest on the biggest stage. Etang finished with 20 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 block, earning Player of the

Game honors with a dominant all-around performance.
