REAL ESTATE REAL TALK ☺️
Here's the catch and real talk lang po:
1. Untitled land available within metro manila or within the city below 2 k or 3 k per sqm only. If there is, it's a punch to the moon or it's called a sacrifice sale from a private owner (that's if there is)
2. If you want cheap, then consider the zonal value, location and development. The closer to the city, the more expensive.
3. If you don't have a big cash out, consider the preselling offer.
The property is 4. Thousand or millions, so if you are asked for valid IDs and other requirements, don't argue anymore. No requirements, no reservation. It's just like the school, NO ID, NO ENTRY! Ask politely for other options.
5. It's not compulsory to get it.. if you are far away, it's fine, understandable but don't force me to find you cheap in NCR areas and nearby cities.
6. Don't like preselling because it takes a long time but RFO doesn't like it because it Because of finding cheap things every year it took you 3 years and you still haven't seen anything. You have a lot of time looking for cheap but you are not patient enough to wait for the preselling. If you spent 3 years looking for cheap things, you already reserved it in the preselling, it would have been turned over for you! It's not the developer who will adjust you, but you! Year after year market value and price increase!
