The ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ, ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ง๐๐ โ ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐) formally informs all ILEGG students of the approval of Ordinance No. 011, Series of 2026, also known as the โILEGG-LSG Four Core Advocacies Ordinance,โ authored by SMA Member Flordelez Suerte and SMA Member Rosalia P. Apordo.
This ordinance strengthens and institutionalizes the Four (4) Core Advocacies of the ILEGGโLSG, namely: Student Development, Organizational Development, Community Development, and Project Development. It serves as the primary policy framework guiding all programs, projects, and initiatives of the organization to ensure alignment with the vision, mission, and objectives of the ILEGGโLSG.
The ordinance establishes comprehensive guidelines for the implementation, administration, monitoring, and sustainability of advocacy-based initiatives that aim to strengthen leadership capacities, academic growth, civic responsibility, participatory governance, and community engagement among ILEGG students. It also institutionalizes structured and sustainable programs that will continue across future administrations to ensure continuity, accountability, and long-term impact.
Furthermore, the ordinance introduces several advocacy-based initiatives and development programs such as leadership training activities, student development seminars, wellness and communication enhancement programs, community outreach initiatives, and project development mechanisms that promote student welfare and organizational sustainability.
This ordinance reflects the continued commitment of the ILEGGโLocal Student Government to uphold transformative leadership, sustainable development, organizational excellence, and community empowerment through programs and initiatives that foster holistic student growth and responsible governance.

Apordo and SMA Member/JSWAP Neri Lou C. Mayo.
This ordinance establishes inclusive attendance policies and reasonable accommodation mechanisms for working students, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and other qualified members of the ILEGG community who experience valid constraints affecting their attendance in official activities. It aims to promote fairness, inclusivity, compassion, and equal opportunities while ensuring active participation in student governance and organizational activities.
The ordinance provides clear guidelines regarding excused absences, flexible attendance arrangements, virtual and hybrid participation, alternative compliance measures, and adjusted deadlines for qualified students. It also institutionalizes equitable and humane systems that recognize the diverse socio-economic realities, responsibilities, and personal circumstances faced by ILEGG students.
Furthermore, the ordinance guarantees that accommodations are implemented responsibly, transparently, and fairly through proper evaluation, documentation, and monitoring mechanisms. It also reinforces the commitment of the ILEGGโLSG to uphold student welfare, accessibility, and participatory governance while fostering an inclusive and supportive organizational environment.
This ordinance reflects the continued commitment of the ILEGGโLocal Student Government to promote inclusive leadership, student welfare, and compassionate governance by ensuring that no student is unfairly disadvantaged because of legitimate personal, academic, health-related, or work-related circumstances.
