The Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) supports the Department of Educationโs (DepEd Philippines) opening of classes, featuring the available common-use supplies and equipment (CSE) vital to kick off the school year 2026-2027.
In line with DepEdโs implementation of the Academic Recovery for Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program, the PS-DBM continues its efforts in promoting the education sectorโs reforms in molding young Filipino minds by upholding its mandate to offer affordable and high-quality school and office supplies.
Some paper products, writing, and office supplies available for purchase are ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ, ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ผ ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ, ๐ณ๐ผ๐น๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ, ๐ณ๐ฒ๐น๐ ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ, ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป, ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐น, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐น ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ. These CSEs are available for government agencies in the National Capital Region and nearby provinces through the Virtual Store, while government employees may purchase through the Retail Store at the PS-DBM Main Office in Paco, Manila.

๐๐๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐ก๐๐ก๐ ๐ก๐ข๐ช: The Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) celebrates the โProject Launch of the European Union-Philippines Partnership in Reinforcing Capacity, Transparency, and Efficiency in Public Procurementโ with development partners, key institutions, and partners from the civil society organizations (CSOs)โwho played vital roles in the objectives of the Projectโat the Makati Diamond Residences.
PS-DBM Executive Director Genmaries Entredicho-Caong made the opening remarks while keynote speeches are delivered by the Department of Budget and Management Secretary Kim Robert de Leon; His Excellency Massimo Santoro, Ambassador of the European Union in the Philippines and Mr. Christophe Bahuet, United Nations Development Programme in the Philippines (UNDP Philippines) Resident Representative.
Fireside Chat and Commitment signing activities will follow as part of the program.
The PS-DBM is a proactive implementing partner for this Project, aiming to combat corruption and enhancing its capacities for a seamless public service. With a shared vision, the European Union has extended its targeted assistance to advance the Philippinesโ initiatives on anti-corruption and open governance.
Consistent with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s administration's directive, PS-DBM engages in the EU-PH project to promote key priorities in government procurement and support the ongoing efforts of the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA) on capacity-building, modernization, transparency, and adoption of best global practices.
