JOB ROLE: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB SUMMARY

The ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE shall be responsible for growing the company’s customer base through efficient forecasting and for developing new business with existing clients through cross-selling and upselling. The incumbent shall serve as the main contact point for clients as the company builds and develops a positive relationship with clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*New business generation
*Client relationship management
*Sales Administration

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
*College graduate, preferably in a business or marketing-related course

WORK EXPERIENCE
*Minimum two years work experience; sales experience in the IT or software industry would be a definite advantage

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
*Selling/Account Management Skills
*Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
*Strong Customer Orientation
*Excellent Communication Skills
*High computer literacy
