Today we remember the most powerful truth of all — our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, was crucified for our sins, laid in a tomb, and on the third day. He rose again. The grave could not hold Him. Death has been defeated.

Because of His sacrifice and resurrection, we have forgiveness, hope and the promise of eternal life. He is not here — HE IS RISEN!
