Responsibilities:
- can do Labor works
- all around maintenance
- Repairs (fixing broken doors, windows, flooring, electrical systems)
- General Facility Upkeep (painting, cleaning, general repairs - ex. carpentry)
- Groundskeeping (maintaining outdoors areas, cleaning sidewalks, cleaning gutters)

Qualifications:
- with previous experience in maintenance
- technical skills (proficiency in using hand/power tools, knowledge of electrical)
- troubleshooting (ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues)
- physical stamina (capable of lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders& working in various works)
