The Student Evaluation for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2025–2026 has already been sent to your institutional email addresses. Kindly check your spam box as well if you haven't received the copy of student evaluation in your inbox.

• All students are required to evaluate their professors as part of the academic requirements for enrollment in the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026.

• Kindly complete all the Google Form links included in the email on or before December 24, 2025.

• Important: Students who do not complete the evaluation forms will not be included in the list of those eligible to process their enrollment for the next term.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The application and processing of good moral character certificate (GMCC) will be suspended starting tomorrow, 23 December 2025. This is to facilitate the enrollment of students. The application and processing of GMCC will resume in January 2026. Please wait for further announcements.Thank you.
