ounded in Cavite, it empowers LGBTQ+ individuals to become ambassadors of heritage, inclusivity, and local tourism—promoting beauty with purpose and pride in identity. She is also the President and and Founder of The Cavite Fashion Congress, an annual creative summit that celebrates Cavite’s vibrant fashion industry and cultural identity. It brings together designers, artisans, students, and entrepreneurs through runway shows, masterclasses, and pop-up markets—while honoring local weaving traditions and craftsmanship. The Congress empowers emerging talent, promotes sustainable fashion, and connects Cavite’s creative economy to national and global platforms. Before entering politics, Jacinta Remulla had already gained nearly a decade of work experience in Paris, making her a seasoned consultant in strategy, marketing and communications. She worked with several fashion, art and design institutions in Paris, Milan, London, Florence, and Dubai before becoming the APAC Regional Manager for Istituto Marangoni. Previously, Jacinta held roles in top luxury and beauty brands in Paris, including Estée Lauder Companies EMEA as Corporate Communications and Community Manager, overseeing over 25 brands and 17 affiliates across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, and the U.S. She later moved into advertising and digital marketing with luxury watchmaker Bell & Ross. Before her career in fashion, she worked in theatre and film as an actor and director, and served as a Communications Officer in the Office of Senator Cynthia Villar. She is fluent in French, English, and Tagalog.
