GUN POWDER AND ITS NATURE

GUN POWDER- it is the earliest known low-explossive chemical consisting of the mixture of Sulfur, Carbon, and Potassium Nitrate, to propell charges in fi****ms and as a blasting agent.

Gun powder is composed of three elements combined together with the following functions:

(1). POTASSIUM NITRATE- a mixture of saltpeter and serves as oxidizer;

(2). CARBON- in the form of charcoal; and serves as fuel; and

(3). SULFUR- act as fuel together with carbon, and serves as stabilizer (nps.gov)

car was worth P800,000.00. What, if any, are their respective civil liabilities?

government, or if no longer possible, reparation of the damages caused by payment of
the replacement cost of the car minus allowance for depreciation, and to indemnify
