The 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝟒𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐁 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐉. 𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐩𝐚. During the session, the august body discussed and acted upon various communications, ordinances, and resolutions aimed at strengthening local governance, public services, and community welfare. Among the notable matters tackled was the urgent approval of a resolution authorizing the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator to issue certifications based on the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) data to support eligibility assessments for social protection programs. The body also discussed updates on land reclassification policies, transportation concerns, public market operations, and infrastructure projects within the municipality.

Several 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 were likewise deliberated and approved, including measures validating barangay ordinances and supplemental budgets, authorizing contracts of service, institutionalizing the Electronic Local Government Unit (ELGU) System, and advancing proposed ordinances on tricycle fare adjustments, IBJT terminal fees, and the establishment of a Municipal Forest Tree Nursery. The body also approved resolutions requesting additional supporting documents and assessments concerning the New Molave Public Market and fire-damaged market structures.

During the 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫, members raised concerns involving senior citizen services, drainage and traffic congestion, road repairs, hospital assistance, and updates on public works projects. The body also accommodated presentations regarding franchise renewals for motorized operators and a proposal from the Rural Bank of Rizal–Pagadian Branch for financial service partnerships with the LGU. In its 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, the Sangguniang Bayan approved ordinances granting assistance, incentives, and support programs for senior citizens and persons with disabilities for Calendar Year 2026. The 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟐:𝟐𝟎 𝐏𝐌 after fruitful deliberations and continued commitment toward responsive and inclusive governance for the people of Molave.
