Tunnel cross passages (CP) are short tunnels that connect two running tunnels. Their purpose is to allow access from one tunnel to another in an emergency or for maintenance purposes.

Our design engineers, with collaboration to our manufacturing client, were able to devise and deliver purpose-built travelling formwork for wall and crown lining. With numerous CP, this reduces construction hours and allowing reuse of traveller formwork to next CP without dismantling the assembly.
