PhilSys National ID Registration now open to kids 1 to 4 years old
(Pwede na magpa-rehistro sa national ID ang mga bata nga 1-4 ang edad)

REQUIREMENTS

Registration of 1 year old to 4 years old accompanied by parent
Original Birth Certificate of the Child
National ID of the accompanying parent

Registration of 1 year old to 4 years old accompanied by guardian
Original Birth Certificate of the Child
National ID (PhilID/ePhilID) of the accompanying guardian
Authorization letter (provided by Philsys)
1 Valid ID of the parent who signed the authorization letter

Registration of 5 years old and above
1 VALID ID, or
Original Birth Certificate, and/or
Marriage Contract (if applicable)
