Project head Gabrielli Barrios pointed out that The Breakout Scale gives you that superpower.

“The Breakout Scale answers the question: “How far has the fire spread?” But it doesn’t show you the blueprint of the arsonist’s factory. It doesn’t reveal how the secret society plans its operations months in advance, builds its army of fake personas underground, and systematically erases its tracks while measuring its success,” Barrios expressed.
