Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related course
✅ Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
✅ Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
✅ Willing to learn fiber internet and network operations
✅ Good communication and troubleshooting skills
✅ Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented
✅ Willing to do fieldwork when needed

Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide technical support to customers and staff
🔹 Assist in the installation and maintenance of internet services
🔹 Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
🔹 Monitor and maintain company IT equipment and systems
🔹 Prepare reports and documentation as required
