There is no bible for only one type of righteous leadership. Sometimes we need to be caring, and sometimes we need to be tough. There are many ways of leading people—NOT just one.

There are hundreds of leadership styles and our goal is to ADJUST and apply MULTIPLE ONES (i.e. trial and error method most of the time!) depending on who our audience is.

Leaders who last, are leaders who eat last. They consider the interests of their people, not just of themselves. They shine the spotlight for everyone, not just for their own stage.
