This initiative aims to bring essential LTO services closer to the community, making government transactions more accessible, convenient, and efficient for residents. Through this outreach activity, constituents can avail of free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) seminars, issuance of student permits, driver’s license renewal (for licenses not expired for more than two years), and motor vehicle renewal.

The B.O.S.S. Project reflects LTO XI’s commitment to empowering barangays, strengthening communities, and delivering quality public service directly to the people.

This initiative aims to bring essential LTO services closer to the community, making government transactions more accessible, convenient, and efficient for residents. Through this activity, constituents can avail of free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) seminars, issuance of student permits, driver’s license renewal (for licenses not expired for more than two years), and motor vehicle renewal.

The P.A.S.A.D.A. project reflects LTO XI’s commitment to strengthening communities, and delivering quality public service directly to the people.
