Project SINAG

Project SINAG is a project under the Philippine Youth Leadership Program (PYLP) and is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs in collaboration with the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, Northern Illinois University, Dekalb, IL USA; Arruppe Educational Center, Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental Philippines; and the US Embassy in the Philippines.
