𝗧𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗠𝗨 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 🎓

For years, graduation was the finish line. Then it arrived, and somehow, it didn't feel long enough.

Between your first day on campus and your last walk through it, Central Mindanao University became more than a place to earn a degree. It became home—a place filled with ordinary moments that, looking back now, never really felt ordinary at all.

Perhaps that is what graduation teaches best: places are never left behind. They stay with you in the people you met, the lessons you carry, and even in the words of a hymn you’ve sung countless times–words that may carry a different meaning today.

Congratulations, graduates. Whatever comes next, may you carry this place not as something you left, but as something that will always be part of you.

𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬 | It’s giving “upper middle income”… pero ang budget, buffering pa rin. 📶

The Philippines may have entered the ranks of upper middle-income economies, but for many Filipinos, the title feels more aspirational than actual. While economic indicators paint a picture of progress, countless households continue to stretch every peso as rising prices outpace the relief people have long hoped to feel.

Progress should not only be measured by where the country stands on paper, but by whether ordinary lives are becoming easier to live. Until that reality catches up, the label remains one that many Filipinos are still trying to fit into.
