French Macarons are one of few recipes I am genuinely proud to know. It is truly as delicate to make as they look. One small mistake, and everything goes wrong. Sometimes it’s not even your fault like the rainy weather. Temperamental and unpredictable but once you get to know it, it opens you to a world of limitless flavors. To make it the traditional way with eggs is a real challenge. But to make it vegan? Practically impossible.

So gentle reader, I hope you understand my excessive sentimentality now that I am now able to make them egg free and vegan. Like any day job, baking becomes a routine once it becomes your main source of income. But the humble toil of crafting Vegan French Macarons has rekindled my curiosity and brought inspiration to my craft again.

We began making small batches beginning on Valentine’s Day. We have made a few boxes since with one or two flavors as we quietly try out new flavors and techniques to improve our macarons in our little baking room.

2025 is from March 29-30, 2025 at Paseo de Roxas, Makati. Come with your family and friends and try all the different creative vegan dishes and desserts. :)

Our Vegan Chocolate Truffles are now ready for Christmas! 💚🎄

Our truffles are made in the Pavé de Genève style. Firm at first bite but immediately melts in your mouth into the smoothest, indulgent and creamy dark chocolate. We’ve had people do a double take to ask if it is really dairy free. And yes, it is 100% 💚 It’s a year round favorite among customers and a delightful surprise for those who receive it as gifts especially on Christmas.
