● To facilitate empowerment of Pinoy Plus members through provision of psychosocial support and opportunities for capacity building;

● To maximize the PLHIV Response Center in facilitating access of the
community to programs and services;

● To utilize the PLHIV Response Center as to build evidence for
program development and advocacy;
