Not all bravery
is a battle cry.
Sometimes it’s silence.
A soft no.
A deeper breath.
Letting go first.
Resting, even when it hurts.
That, too, is brave.

Not every miracle
makes a sound.
Some bloom
in silence.
In waiting.
In stillness.
But they bloom
all the same.

When something leaves,
don’t rush to fill the space.
Let the silence open wide.
Let the stillness breathe.
Some endings
are just the ground
preparing itself
for something beautiful.

Not everything we hold
is meant to stay.
Some things must be released
to make room for growth.
You are not losing
what slips away.
You are clearing the way
for what was always yours.

Hindi dahil kinalimutan tayo,

na hindi pa natin kayang yakapin.

May mga pangarap
na kailangang ipagpaliban,
dahil ang puso natin
hindi pa handang magdala
ng bigat ng katuparan.

May mga tanong
na mas mabuting hindi muna alam ang kasagutan,
sapagkat may mga katotohanang
hindi pa kayang intindihin
ng puso nating pagod at umaasa.

At sa bawat katahimikan,
sa bawat sagot na hindi ibinigay,
nagtuturo Siya —
maghintay, magtiwala,
at manalig,
na sa tamang panahon,
ang mga dasal natin,
sasagutin hindi ayon sa gusto natin,
kundi ayon sa kailangan natin.

Minsan,
hindi mo kailangan ng sagot.
Hindi mo kailangang habulin ang paliwanag,
o pilitin ang mundong magpaliwanag sa'yo.

Minsan,
ang kailangan mo lang
ay isang mahaba at malalim na paghinga,
isang gabing walang tanong,
isang umagang walang takot.

Dahil hindi lahat ng sugat
kailangang tanungin,
at hindi lahat ng luha
kailangang saluhin.

May mga sakit
na ang lunas ay hindi salita,
kundi ang simpleng pag-upo sa katahimikan,
at pagdama ng sarili mong tibok.
