FIRST FRIDAY DEVOTION TO THE MOST SACRED HEART OF JESUS🙏
Today, the Church observes the First Friday Devotion in honor of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus—a devotion that reminds us of Christ's infinite love, mercy, and compassion for all humanity.
The Sacred Heart of Jesus is a symbol of His burning love for us, a love that endured suffering, rejection, and the Cross for the salvation of the world. Through this devotion, we are invited to draw closer to His Heart, to offer reparation for sins, and to entrust our lives completely to His loving care.
As we celebrate this First Friday, let us spend time in prayer, attend Holy Mass if possible, receive the Holy Eucharist worthily, and reflect on the immeasurable love of Christ. May His Sacred Heart strengthen us in times of difficulty, comfort us in moments of sorrow, and guide us on the path of holiness.
🙏 O Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.
🙏 Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You.

The Catholic Church Does Not Support Pride Month, But She Loves Every Person🙏❤️
The Catholic Church, guided by Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition, does not formally celebrate Pride Month as an observance. This is not because she rejects any person, but because she understands human identity, dignity, and morality within the truth revealed by God.
The Church firmly teaches that every human being is created in the image and likeness of God (cf. Genesis 1:27). This means that every person without exception possesses an inviolable dignity that must be respected, protected, and loved. No label, struggle, or personal history can erase this fundamental truth.
At the same time, the Church distinguishes between loving a person and affirming every action or ideology. Authentic love does not mean approval of all behaviors, but rather the sincere desire for the good of the other, which includes truth, healing, and holiness. As Christ Himself showed, love is never separated from truth: “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32).
For this reason, the Church continues to accompany every person with pastoral care, compassion, and respect. She calls all the faithful regardless of their personal struggles to a life of holiness, chastity according to one’s state in life, and deeper communion with God’s grace. This call is not exclusion, but invitation; not rejection, but transformation in Christ.
It is important to understand that the Church’s silence or non-participation in Pride Month is not hatred or discrimination. Rather, it reflects her commitment to point toward what she believes is a deeper and lasting truth: that human fulfillment is found not in identity labels or cultural movements, but in becoming fully alive in God’s love.
Pope Francis has repeatedly emphasized that the Church must never close her doors to anyone. Every person is welcomed, every person is accompanied, and every person is loved. At the same time, he also affirms the Church’s moral teaching and calls all people to conversion, mercy, and encounter with Christ.
Thus, the heart of the Catholic message remains clear: the Church does not reject persons she rejects no one, but she also does not redefine truth to match the changing patterns of the world. Instead, she continues to proclaim that true love always seeks the eternal good of the human person.
In the end, the Church’s message is not one of exclusion, but of invitation:
Come as you are but do not remain as you are, for Christ desires to make all things new.
A Church that loves every person and calls every person to the fullness of truth and grace in Christ.

FIRST WEDNESDAY DEVOTION NOVENA TO OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP🙏🏻♥️
Today, we gather with hearts full of faith and gratitude as we celebrate the First Wednesday Devotion to Our Lady of Perpetual Help.🙏🏻
This sacred devotion is a gentle reminder that we are never alone in our journey of faith. In every struggle, in every moment of uncertainty, and in every silent prayer we whisper, the Blessed Mother lovingly intercedes for us before her Son, Jesus Christ. She is the Mother who never abandons her children, always ready to guide, protect, and comfort those who call upon her with trust and humility.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help reminds us that God’s grace is always present—even in the midst of trials. Her image, so rich in meaning, reflects the tenderness of a Mother who points us always to Christ, the source of our hope and salvation. Through her maternal care, we are encouraged to remain faithful, to persevere in prayer, and to deepen our trust in God’s divine plan.
On this First Wednesday, we unite our intentions—our families, our health, our work, our struggles, and our thanksgiving—and place them at the feet of Our Lady. May she continue to intercede for us, strengthen our faith, and lead us closer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Let this devotion be not just a tradition, but a living encounter with God’s love through the maternal heart of Mary.
PRAYER
+ O Mother of Perpetual Help, grant that I may ever invoke thy most powerful name, which is the safeguard of the living and the salvation of the dying. O Purest Mary, O Sweetest Mary, let thy name henceforth be ever on my lips. Delay not, O Blessed Lady, to help me whenever I call on thee, for, in all my needs, in all my temptations I shall never cease to call on thee, ever repeating thy sacred name, Mary, Mary.
O what consolation, what sweetness, what confidence, what emotion fill my soul when I pronounce thy sacred name, or even only think of thee. I thank God for having given thee, for my good, so sweet, so powerful, so lovely a name. But I will not be content with merely pronouncing thy name: let my love for thee prompt me ever to hail thee, Mother of Perpetual Help.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help, pray for us. Amen.+🙏

Today, we celebrate the Feast of Saint Charles Lwanga and Companions😇🙏
Today, the Church honors Saint Charles Lwanga and his Companions, the courageous Ugandan Martyrs who chose faithfulness to Christ over worldly power, temptation, and even death.
Saint Charles Lwanga, one of the 22 Catholic martyrs of Uganda, courageously protected the young pages entrusted to his care from the immoral demands of King Mwanga. Through his example, prayers, and steadfast faith, he encouraged his companions to remain pure, faithful, and devoted to Christ despite imprisonment, suffering, and the threat of ex*****on.
On June 3, 1886, Charles and many of his companions were burned alive at Namugongo for refusing to renounce their faith and compromise their Christian values. Their heroic witness became a powerful testimony of courage, chastity, and unwavering love for God.
As the patron saint of youth and Catholic Action in much of Africa, Saint Charles Lwanga continues to inspire young people around the world to stand firm in their faith, defend what is right, and remain faithful to Christ in every circumstance.
May the example of these holy martyrs strengthen us to live with courage, purity of heart, and complete trust in God, even when faced with challenges and opposition.
🙏 Saint Charles Lwanga and Companions, pray for us!
