The good attorney here is correct.

While it is true that we should never discriminate against anyone especially those who have acquired HIV, some lessons need to be emphasized -

1. You can't blame conservatives for the rising HIV cases when they teach abstinence and chastity to begin with.

2. S*x has consequences - whether it is life or STIs - as no contraception or protection is 100% safe. The only safe s*x is to do it with someone who is committed to you sacramentally and legally (marriage) and to stay faithful to each other.

Concepts like "Safe S*x" and "no strings attached" are ideas that led us to this reality of rising HIV cases. But... it's easier to blame conservatives.
