βœ… Key Responsibilities (must be strong in follow-ups)
β€’ Coordinate & follow up with LIMA management and PEZA offices (permits, applications, renewals, compliance requirements)
β€’ Prepare/check documents for submissions (letters, forms, endorsements, requirements)
β€’ Support import-export documentation follow-ups (shipping docs, brokers/forwarders, delivery schedules)
β€’ Maintain tracking lists, filing system (soft & hard copy), and progress updates
β€’ Arrange meetings and handle general administrative support

βœ… Qualifications (important)
β€’ Based in Batangas (preferred near Malvar / Sto. Tomas / Lipa)
β€’ Strong coordination + follow-up + documentation skills
β€’ Experience with PEZA / LIMA / permits / compliance / import-export is a big plus
β€’ Proficient in MS Excel/Word (tracking tables, reports, email follow-ups)
β€’ Organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
