are hiring a Secretary / Admin Assistant to support PEZA + LIMA Industrial Park coordination, documentation, and import-export follow-ups.
π Work Location: LIMA Technology Center, Malvar, Batangas (On-site)
π° Salary Range: PHP 20,000 β 28,000 / month (depending on experience)

Government-mandated benefits (SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG) + 13th month pay

Key Responsibilities (must be strong in follow-ups)
β’ Coordinate & follow up with LIMA management and PEZA offices (permits, applications, renewals, compliance requirements)
β’ Prepare/check documents for submissions (letters, forms, endorsements, requirements)
β’ Support import-export documentation follow-ups (shipping docs, brokers/forwarders, delivery schedules)
β’ Maintain tracking lists, filing system (soft & hard copy), and progress updates
β’ Arrange meetings and handle general administrative support

Qualifications (important)
β’ Based in Batangas (preferred near Malvar / Sto. Tomas / Lipa)
β’ Strong coordination + follow-up + documentation skills
β’ Experience with PEZA / LIMA / permits / compliance / import-export is a big plus
β’ Proficient in MS Excel/Word (tracking tables, reports, email follow-ups)
β’ Organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
