Filipino Sign Language is a natural and visual language of the Filipino Deaf signers. It has been hundred years existing before the Colonization of Spanish reign.
It was found in Dulac, Leyte 1590 where the sign language was grown.
This is a request for a recognition as a national language of the Philippines.
Your support of this, will become first history after the past hundred years. :-)
