Please be reminded that there are only two (2) days left to complete your submissions for the Term 3 Academic Advising. The Google Form link will officially close this coming Monday.

We highly encourage you to review the comprehensive guidelines sent via Gmail, your batch Messenger group chat, and MS Teams. To further assist you and prevent any confusion with the process, a step-by-step flowchart is also available in these communication channels.

📌 Important Dates to Remember:

June 29, 2026 (Monday, 5:00 PM) – Deadline for submission of ALL requirements via the Google Form (STRICTLY NO EXTENSIONS)

July 4 to July 11, 2026 – Academic Advising Sessions
Please do not wait until the last minute. We strongly advise you to double-check your requirements and submit your forms as early as possible to avoid any issues.
