- certified swimming instructor of Manila Downtown YMCA trained by YMCA Taipei since 2001
- trained as 1st Responder (paramedics) by FEPAG
- attained both open water diver and advanced open water diver license by PADI
- multilingual: English, Tagalog, Chinese Mandarin and Fukkien
- expert in all swimming strokes and techniques for competition, leisure, survival, exams (for flight
