Arellano University ROTC Unit

The Arellano University conducted its 15th training day in line with the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) on March 22, 2026, at the Arellano University Juan Sumulong Campus.

The training day officially commenced at 0800H with the arrival of the 𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝟏, marking the start of the day’s evaluation activities, followed by the Unit Briefing, which outlined the sequence of activities and objectives for the training day.

After the Unit Briefing, activities began with the General Administration Inspection at the Headquarters (HQ). The evaluation covered administrative, logistical, and tactical readiness, including drills, first aid, weapons handling, map reading, and examinations.

The activity was further strengthened through the supervision and evaluation of the 𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝟏, composed of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐃 𝐋. 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐓 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 – 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧; 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐈𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐅 𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐎 𝐂. 𝐉𝐔𝐁𝐀𝐒 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 – 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 / 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, along with other designated inspectors assigned to field tests, comprehensive examinations, weapons, drills, first aid, and map reading. Their presence ensured that all aspects of training were thoroughly assessed and met established standards.

At 𝟏𝟒𝟎𝟎𝐇, the 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 commenced, highlighted by a congratulatory message from the Guest of Honor and Speaker, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐆. 𝐃𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐉𝐀𝐆𝐒 𝐆𝐒𝐂 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), who commended the cadets for their 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, and 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 throughout the training. During this ceremony, the 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 were also awarded certificates in recognition of their 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 and 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 to the ROTC program.

The day concluded at 𝟏𝟕𝟎𝟎𝐇 with the final accounting of cadets, followed by the official 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. This milestone marked the culmination of their training—celebrating their 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, and 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. As they move forward, they carry with them the 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬, and 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 instilled through the ROTC program.

As National ROTC Month draws to a close, the Advance Cadet Officers of the Arellano University ROTC Unit proudly extend their deepest appreciation for a program that has become a cornerstone of our growth. More than just drills and routines, ROTC has instilled in us the values of discipline, resilience, leadership, and unwavering service—molding us into individuals who are not only capable, but committed to a greater purpose.

Through every challenge faced and every lesson learned, we have been shaped into responsible citizens who understand the true meaning of duty and honor. ROTC has empowered us to rise above limitations, sharpen our character, and embrace our role in nation-building with pride and determination.

As cadets, we stand united in our mission—to continuously grow as disciplined patriots, ready to lead with integrity, serve with passion, and safeguard the future of our nation. The 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 successfully conducted its 𝟏𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲 at the 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬, 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐠 under the supervision of 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐄𝐋 𝐘 𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐎 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀, Commandant of the Unit.

The activity commenced with the 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬 conducted by the 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 and 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, ensuring that all cadets were present, properly organized, and prepared for the day’s training activities.

This was followed by activities at the 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞, including the 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 and 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, where cadets demonstrated discipline, precision, and synchronized movements in executing military commands.

Cadets then rotated through several 𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 for the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and practical training activities such as 𝐌𝟏𝟔𝐀𝟏 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲, 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠, and 𝐌𝐚𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, enhancing their knowledge and practical military skills.

The cadets assembled for the 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, reinforcing discipline and unit coordination, followed by a 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 to allow recovery and preparation for the afternoon activities.

Training resumed with 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐬, and 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐃, focusing on strengthening discipline, teamwork, coordination, and tactical awareness. Cadets continued their practical drills and refinement of learned skills, ensuring proper ex*****on of commands and mastery of previously discussed lessons.

The training concluded with 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 conducted by the 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 and 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, where important reminders were delivered and the cadets’ performance throughout the day was evaluated.

The 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 was formally dismissed, marking the successful conclusion of the day’s training session.

Activities at the 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 followed, including the 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, and 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬. These activities allowed cadets to practice 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐲, 𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, and 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, strengthening their 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.

The cadets later assembled for the 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, followed by 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐬 and 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐃 to reinforce discipline and precision in ex*****on.

The training concluded with 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, where important reminders were relayed and the cadets’ performance was evaluated.

The 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 was formally dismissed, marking the successful completion of the day’s training.
