The UST ECE Department Cisco Networking Academy was awarded the 2026 Premier Partner Academy Excellence Award last March 12-13, 2026, during the Cisco Networking Academy Instructors’ Professional Development & Partners’ Conference 2026 held in Paradise Garden Hotel in Boracay, Aklan.

This recognition is awarded to the top 15% of Cisco Networking Academy partners (Academy Support Centers and Instructor Training Centers) who have supported Cisco in its mission for global impact.

Another award was also received for the Academy's 25 years of active participation in the Cisco Networking Academy Program. The recognition was presented by Mr. Macky Macaspac, Business Development Manager at PH Netacad, and Ms. Marcella O Shea, APJC Manager at Cisco Netacad. It was received by Asst. Prof. Amante R. Garcia, UST ECE Cisco Netacad Program Supervisor.
