First Digital Finance is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Work-On-Site Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team in
Kalaw, Manila!

What will you do?
✅Ensure our collection policies are adhered to at all times and that you operate in good faith and according to Fair debt collections act bill: 1448.
✅Negotiate payment agreements, including but not limited to restructuring proposals and/or deed of company arrangements.
✅Maintain accurate records within our Collections module on all collection activities and next actions.
✅Ensure escalations are initiated in a timely manner.
✅Respond promptly, and accurately, to both client and internal stakeholder inquiries.
