We truly appreciate your continued support and trust in our services. While we may not always post updates, rest assured that we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and prioritizing your health development because we genuinely care about your well-being.

In light of recent events, we would like to inform you that we will no longer be accepting orders on a COD (Cash on Delivery) or COP (Cash on Pick-up) basis from first-time customers. After over 12 years in the business, we have unfortunately encountered a bogus buyer for the first time. The buyer placed an order on a COP basis, but despite repeated reminders, the item has been sitting at the LBC pick-up point for almost 10 days. The buyer continuously delayed pick-up, citing that they would collect it the next day, until LBC eventually returned the parcel to us.

To the individual responsible, please understand that our time, effort, and resources were invested in sending the parcel to you. The time we spent handling this matter could have been better utilized serving other customers who truly value our services.
