A helpless community cat in Mabalacat, Pampanga was cornered and terrorized when a dog owner reportedly forced the feline out of safety and commanded his dog to attack. Despite the desperate, tearful pleas of bystanders, the cruelty continued. The terrified cat has not been seen since.

No animal deserves to endure violence, fear, or suffering for human amusement. We are deeply grateful to the brave witnesses who refused to stay silent. Compassion truly begins when we speak up for those who cannot. Alongside the Animal Kingdom Foundation (AKF), they had officially helped file a case to ensure true justice and accountability is served.
