1. Do you offer retail sales?
- No, we only accept a minimum order of 12 pieces.

2. Can we pay via COD (Cash on Delivery)?
- We would love to offer COD, but unfortunately, we don’t provide that option.

3. Why not?
- COD comes with a 5% deduction from the total order amount, and it takes 5-10 days before we receive the payment. Since our profit margin is very small, this percentage affects us significantly.

4. Which courier do you use?
- We ship through J&T and Gogo Express, as well as Lalamove.

5. Where are you located?
- We are based in Sampaloc, Manila and Taguig City.
